This is a facilitated group experience where ten of us will gather, be offered a prompt to create - draw, fold, paint, (big cache of good supplies).

After a set amount of time, we'll put pencils/brushes down and engage in a dialogue and what came up for us.

The result is an experience of connecting with ourselves beyond the daily fray and begin to process some of the noise that can often distract from our own voices.

This is an open space, but a closed, and intentionally safe, container led by Naomi Cohen-Thompson, a licensed art therapist.
